In Loving Memory
May 19th, 2008

I’ll miss your quiet ways and sense of humor. I’ll miss seeing you out in the yard, gardening, and hearing “take your time a going, but hurry back.” I’ll miss the smell of Old Spice and seeing you and mom sitting on the front porch together. I know that you are in a much better place now and when I’m sad, I think of that, and it takes away some of the pain. You were a great dad, the best that you could be and I was very blessed to be your daughter. I love you.
On Sunday, May 4th, my dad peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his family. All of us got to say our goodbyes and tell him how much we love him.

Oh Ginger, I am so so sorry for your loss! I know how much you loved your dad. I’m sorry to hear he is gone. You’re right… he is in a much better place now but that doesn’t make it much easier on the loved ones left behind. I hope each day gets easier for you!! I miss you!! Take care and if you need a shoulder to cry on, I’m here!!! {{HUGS}}
