It’s Cold?

Well, I can’t believe that it’s actually feeling a little “winterish” around here. Yay! 
Finally, I can bring out sweaters and/or jackets which helps me get into the Christmas mood. I love it when we have a cold Christmas. It’s just so hard to think about chestnuts roasting on an open fire or Jack Frost nipping at your nose when it’s 80 degrees outside. 
Hubby got the tree out today but it’s not decorated yet. I guess I’ll get to decorating that and the rest of the house sometime this week.
I did a little bit of Christmas shopping Thursday. I got some things for Dana and something for Joshua and Kaylee. I still have a lot more shopping to do though! 
I took my dad to the urologist last Friday and they did the scope. Didn’t learn anything new though. Monday he has to go in for blood work and then the following Monday for a CT scan. I guess after that they’ll schedule him for surgery? They said they won’t know for certain if it’s cancer though until they do the surgery. I just hope that it isn’t and everything will be okay.
It’s been a quiet weekend…just hanging around the house. The kids are all at their places, so not much is going on. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! (((Hugs)))

Hi my friend. You think it’s cold there? LMBO!! It’s very cold here and we’re finally getting lots of snow!! I’m not a big snow and cold person but we need it so I’m glad. It’s a winter wonderland out there. Well, one of these days I need to get busy and get all the cool plugins and such that you have here at your blog. Have a great day!

Soooo… I told hubby last night that he needed to concede.
Looks like Geekgirl is going to win. Woo-Hoo!
Soooo… how far along are you with the Zelda game? I just reached the Goran’s (don’t laugh) much to my kiddo’s dismay. They finished the game within a couple days. LOL Drives them nuts that I can go weeks without touching it. LOL Ever play Wi-Fi?
